Shell is one of the largest corporations in the world. With around 100,000 employees, across 90 countries; the brand team have a massive task to help maintain consistency in Shell's communications.
My task was to create a brand film gave employees a sense of pride and inspiration. To demonstrate how flexible the brand communications can be. All delivered in a warm and inclusive way.
The original concept for the visual mechanic was to give a nod to human engineering and skilled craft. This was achieved by introducing chapters and content in a more tactile and hand-crafted aesthetic. Towards the end of the project, branding unease set in and this styling was pared back.
